Q: Can I collect my purchase from you?
A: Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from us in person, or organise your own courier to pick up from our warehouse. However, please be sure to email or phone us prior to arriving, so we can make sure your order is ready. Our pick-up warehouse is located at Unit 30, 20 Tucks Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147. We are open for pick-ups from 8:30am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

Q: What is the cost of transport?
A: The cost of transport varies significantly, depending on the items you purchase, and your location. We are happy to provide transport quotes upon request.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For online orders, we accept Bank Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Cheque and Australia Post Money Orders. If you are picking up your order, we can also accept EFTPOS and Cash.

Q: Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?
A: Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of GST.

Q: Are the details I supply you kept private?
A: Yes, Big Red Packaging will never pass your details on to a third party, unless we are required to do so by law.

Q: How many of each item do you keep in stock?
A: We try our best to keep large numbers of stock items available at all times. On the very rare occasion that we do run out, the lead time is usally no more than 2 days. For products which are not stock items, the lead time is generally 2-10 business days. Should we ever have a stock shortage, we will notify you during the order process.

Q: What is your newsletter about?
A: Our newsletter provides customers with important information on a variety of topics. These topics include price fluctuations, new products, sale/clearance items, holiday trading times, promotions and other general announcements. Rest assured that we will not fill up your inbox with these newsletters, as we only send an average of 1 newsletter per month. You can sign up to the newsletter from our homepage.
